Green Skinned Pomelo is one of the most famous specialties in the southern provinces, especially in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta provinces. Black Thorn Durians are small to medium fruits, averaging 1.5 to 3 kilograms, and generally have a round shape with a short, squat stem. The fruits sometimes display prominent, longitudinal seams, giving the surface a bulbous, bubbled appearance, and the angular, wide pyramidal spikes range in color from green, green-brown, to grey-green.
Cat Hoa Loc Mango is a specialty fruit of the Mekong Delta. Large mango fruit, average weight 350-450 g / fruit, oblong shape. When ripe, mangoes are usually lime yellow, mango rice is thick, firm and smooth. Sand mangoes are usually eaten when ripe.
White Dragon fruit grows on climbing cacti with stems that reach up to 6 meters long. The fruits are oval to oblong in shape, weighing about 8-12 ounces and averaging 10-15 centimeters in length.

Musang King Durians are medium to large fruits, averaging 2 to 4 kilograms, and generally have an oval to slightly lopsided shape with a long stem. The surface is covered in large, pyramidal spikes that are wide and spaced apart, and the spikes range in variegated hues of yellow, brown, tan, to green.
